conditions. Double-ended spatulas are made of nickel stainless steel.
Tapered pallet spatula is made of stainless steel. All have extra
heavy-duty coatings of PTFE. There is no build-up on surfaces with
coating made of fluoropolymer resin, or loss of critical quantities
due to sticking. Will not scratch or mar delicate surfaces.
